Ayurvedic Perspective on Anxiety and Depression

With the stresses and strains of modern life, most people are suffering from some form of tension at the mental level resulting in depression, anxiety, irritability, insecurity or a general feeling of dissatisfaction. Genetic, environmental, cognitive and personality factors are usually attributed for causing such mood disorders, however, Ayurveda offers a different perspective. In this workshop led by trained Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Anjana Bhargava, learn about the Ayurvedic approach to mental health disorders and changes you can make to your diet/lifestyle to cope more effectively with life’s challenges and bring positivity to your overall sense of being.
