Eggplant Parmigiana

Instructor Donna Pentaleri is of Italian descent and will share her family recipe to make an authentic and delicious eggplant parmesan. Dairy and non-dairy options. Part of the Cooking Together to Fight Hunger series presented in partnership with Lasagna Love, an organization that helps to match volunteers wishing to cook for families in need.
