Josh Gondelman is a standup comedian and Emmy-winning comedy writer who incubated in Boston before moving to New York City, where he currently lives and works as a writer and producer for "Desus & Mero" on Showtime. Previously, he wrote for "Last Week Tonight" with John Oliver. Gondelman is also the author of the essay collection "Nice Try: Stories of Best Intentions and Mixed Results" and a regular panelist on NPR mainstay "Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me."
Adam Centamore is a wine and cheese educator with years of experience teaching and consulting. Adam has managed at the renowned Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge and serves as portfolio administrator for an equally-lauded local wine purveyor. He writes widely for trade publications and his book, "Tasting Wine & Cheese - An Insider's Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing," was recently nominated for the prestigious International Association of Culinary Professionals Cookbook of the Year Award.
