Basic Qigong for Strength & Balance

Using basic exercises and techniques from several traditional Qigong practices, this class will focus on utilizing easy to learn Qigong movements to increase strength, build better balance, and improve breathing. Research has shown that Qigong can enhance overall health and mind-body awareness, be a profound meditative practice, and help relieve anxiety and stress. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
