Introduction to the Wudang 28 Tai Chi Form

Explore the 28 Movement Short Form from China's famed Wudang Mountain in this introductory session-based class to increase strength, balance, stability & vitality. Receive instruction on basic Tai Chi techniques, proper breathing, weight shifting, rooting, and more as you work on the individual movements found in the form, exuding grace and power. New and experienced practitioners are welcome. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
