Led by a Certified Pilates Instructor, this class is performed both seated in a chair and standing for participants with movement and/or physical limitations. Practice mind/body exercises based on the principles of classical Pilates while working to improve core/full body strength, balance and mobility. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
